Strengths-based coaching for leaders and families.

Leadership Coaching

  • Heidi’s approach to coaching is personal, intentional, and energizing. With the goal of reminding you that there’s something right with you, she puts your unique talents at center stage and teaches you to embrace your strengths for greater productivity, stronger relationships, and a more purposeful perspective. Heidi makes every person in an organization feel seen through individual coaching, motivational group sessions, and captivating leadership development. Her coaching is perfect for organizations searching for an energy boost, a new growth mindset for leaders, or both.

  • This is BY FAR our most requested coaching offering. We come into your place of work (or virtually if needed), and provide 45 minute 1:1 coaching sessions to any level of employee. We help your people with communication needs, productivity efforts, workplace motivation - you name it! We aid you in creating the schedule, and then we meet with your people. We recommend booking 2-3 days at a time - this is a cult favorite.

  • Managers - do you ever feel like you’re grasping for ways to connect with your people? Let us take care of that for you. In these coaching pairs sessions, we take the lead. Using the CliftonStrengths assessment, we teach both the manager and direct report how to better understand each other’s talents and communication. These sessions are fun, uplifting, and focused on what’s RIGHT about you both. A BIG favorite for new managers.

  • If you’re in need of a boost for your social group, leadership team, or even entire company - but just don’t have the time or energy to execute - give us the reins. Through half day, full day, or even full weekend options, we use the CliftonStrengths assessment to bring awareness, connection, and ENERGY to your group, giving you the chance to actually sit back and bond with your team.

We have several packaged, ready-to-deliver workshops to quench your team building demands, but also love to create customized topics for your individual needs.

    Introduction to CliftonStrengths for Teams

For teams new to CliftonStrengths, let us take care of the full introduction, team analysis, and team building activities associated with your inaugural Strengths-based experience.

    Energy Boost for Teams

This workshop is intended for teams in need of an energy boost. If your group has been exposed to CliftonStrengths before but hasn’t ever utilized your results in a fun, energetic team-building way - this is the option for you!

    Personal + Professional Strengths Development

If you are searching for a workshop setting that focuses on individual growth, this workshop is a great option. We focus on the balconies and basements of individual Strengths for a seminar full of “me time.”

    Strengths Development for Managers

Managing well is about understanding how your Strengths interact with the Strengths of your people. This workshop aims to equip managers with the tools to build strong, productive, and energizing relationships with those they supervise.

  • Professional athletes - the best of the best - have coaches. It’s a piece of what sets them apart. They recognize that they need that extra source of encouragement and unique, outside perspective to see what they can’t see in themselves.

Whether you are searching for coaching to surpass the “stuck” feeling, perhaps want to adjust your career trajectory, or have a very specific goal or need in mind - individual coaching will help you get there. There’s no need to go it alone.
